Ashgeyma-Tsondeka reaction

Ashgeyma-Tsondeka reaction (German gynecologist of S. Aschheim, 1878-1965; the German gynecologist V. of Zondek, 1891-1966) – the method applied to detection of a chorial gonadotrophin in urine; it is based on its ability to cause in immature females of white mice in generative organs characteristic changes; consists in hypodermic administration of the studied urine by it. It is applied to diagnosis of tumors of a small egg, early durations of gestation, a horionepitelioma, a vesical drift.
