Haemoglobinuria paroxysmal night (haemoglobinuria paroxysmalis nocturna; synonyms: Shtryubinga-Markiafava a disease, Markiafavy-Mikeli a disease, Garley a disease) – the disease developing as a result of the vegetative mutation occurring in stem cells and leading to emergence of abnormal population of the erythrocytes differing in hypersensitivity of a cellular cover to a complement; it is expressed by a constant intravascular hemolysis, in certain cases (is more often at night) amplifying before emergence of a haemoglobinuria.
