Tyramine – the drug which is applied at diseases
of a thyroid gland.
Pharmacological action
Tyramine is the active additive to food possessing thyroid action at the expense of the proteins which are its part and a complex of nucleoproteids. It means that reception of additive allows to recover a metabolism in a thyroid gland, and also to modify the level of hormones which it emits.
Active ingredient of drug is emitted from a thyroid gland of cattle.
It is not necessary to confuse the drug Tyramine to highly active substance tyramine which on the action on a human body is similar to adrenaline and can provoke severe headaches, nervous irritability, raise a tone of muscles, pressure, sugar level. There is a tyramine in products, so it also gets into a human body. Adults who have headaches, children with a syndrome of a hyperactivity and deficit of attention should exclude some products capable to cause deterioration in their state. Tyramine in such foodstuff is found: the overripe vegetables, fruit, chocolate, the fermented cheese. Among fruit on the content of tyramine avocado and bananas are considered as leaders.

Tyramine route of administration
Nutritional supplement is accepted to food – for 0,02-0,06 a day in 10-15 minutes in 2 or 3 receptions. Therapy by Tyramine lasts 10-15 days. Carrying out a repeated course in three months or half a year is allowed.
