First breakfast

Salad from 3 tomatoes *, the filled 1 h l. oils.

Second breakfast

3 tomatoes, 200 ml of tomato juice.

Lunch

4 tomatoes baked in an oven, 200 ml of tomato juice.

Afternoon snack

3 tomatoes, 200 ml of tomato juice.

Dinner

The salad from 2 tomatoes filled with 1 h l. oils, green tea.

Before going to bed

200 ml of tea from a dogrose with 1 h l. honey.

Example of the one-day menu of the Tomato diet for 14 days:

Breakfast

200 ml of tomato juice, 2 pieces of rye bread, 100 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of fruit salad.

Lunch

200 ml of tomato juice, 100 g of baked fish, 100 g of brown rice, 1 piece of bread, 1 cucumber.

Dinner

200 ml of tomato juice, 150 g of boiled chicken fillet, 100 g of salad from fresh vegetables, 1 piece of bread.

Useful tips

Council 1: It is impossible to replace tomato juice of house preparation store, it can lead to deterioration in health.

Council 2: The best time for carrying out the Tomato diet – the period from July to September, i.e. a season of tomatoes. During this period they not only are cheap, but also contain the greatest number of useful substances.
