ASS blood clot – means for prevention of formation of blood clots.
Pharmacological action
As a part of drug 
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – acetylsalicylic acid contains. The mechanism of its action is that it selectively blocks cyclooxygenase 1 enzyme function, breaking formation of the substances capable to cause inflammatory reaction – prostacyclins, prostaglandins, etc. Thrombocytes cannot synthesize new cyclooxygenase therefore the antiagregantny effect is especially well shown due to reduction of pasting them.
Effect of drug on thrombocytes continues within several days what it is important to remember if any surgical intervention is planned.
Trombo's use ASS also reduces pasting of thrombocytes of blood among themselves due to suppression of formation of A2 thromboxane in them.
Use of this medicine is capable to reduce the maintenance of some factors of coagulation in blood and to increase fibrinolitic activity of plasma.
From a digestive tract of Trombo of ASS it is soaked up well and quickly, during absorption there is a partial metabolism of acetylsalicylic acid. In blood it well contacts proteins of plasma. Under the influence of enzymes of a liver there is a metabolism of the most part of medicine, the active metabolite – salicylic acid is as a result formed. Removal of metabolites is carried out by kidneys.
Form of release of Trombo of ASS
According to Trombo's instruction of ASS produce 50 and 100 mg in tablets. The special kishechnorastvorimy cover of drug allows to protect mucous a stomach from an adverse effect of acetylsalicylic acid.
Indications to Trombo's use ASS
For use of drug of Trombo of ASS indications can be both preventive, and medical. It is applied to primary and secondary prevention of an acute myocardial infarction, a stroke, a thromboembolism of a pulmonary artery and a deep vein thrombosis of extremities, in case of stable and unstable stenocardia.
Contraindications
According to Trombo's instruction of ASS do not apply in case of possible bleeding from a GIT (an exacerbation of stomach ulcer or a duodenum, hemorrhagic diathesis), at intolerance of acetylsalicylic acid and other NPVS, at the expressed renal and hepatic, and also chronic heart failure, at simultaneous treatment by a methotrexate, at bronchial asthma which is induced by acetylsalicylic acid. Drug at pregnancy (the 1 and 3 trimesters) is not shown and lactations, at children up to 18 years.
With care it is possible to use it at gout, a peptic ulcer in a remission stage, chronic diseases of respiratory system, before surgical intervention, including extraction of tooth.
Application instruction of Trombo of ASS
Drug is accepted inside 
before food, it is desirable not on an empty stomach to reduce possible side effects. For same it is worth washing down tablets with a large amount of liquid. As prophylactic it is accepted it is long, the doctor has to define a dose and a course.
Indications to Trombo ASS for prevention of a heart attack, a stroke, and also treatment of stenocardia assume use of 50 - 100 mg/days. For prevention of a thromboembolism of a pulmonary artery and deep veins according to Trombo ASS is effective in number of 100 – 200 mg/days.
It is not recommended to use medicine along with other NPVS.
Side effects
According to Trombo ASS gives many side effects – nausea, vomiting, an abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleedings, dizzinesses, changes generally and biochemical blood tests, various bleedings.
