Капли глазные Адгелон Adgelon – the drug stimulating regeneration processes.

Form of release and structure

Drops are eye: colourless transparent liquid (on 1,5 or 5 ml in tubes droppers or on 5 ml in bottles, in a pack a cardboard 1 tube dropper or 1 bottle);
Solution for intra joint introduction: inodorous colourless transparent liquid (on 2 ml in ampoules, on 10 ampoules in blister strip packagings, in a pack cardboard 1 packaging; on 5 or 10 ml in bottles, in a pack of cardboard 10 bottles).

Active agent: адгелон (0,01% glycoprotein solution in injection water), in 1 ml – ^{10 - 9} ml.

Excipients of drops eye and solution for intra joint introduction: Calcii chloridum, sodium chloride, water for injections.

Indications to use

For drops eye:

Keratitis (including adenoviral, herpetic);
Cornea erosion;
The getting cornea wounds;
Keratopathy;
Burns of eyes.

Solution for intra joint introduction is applied to treatment of an osteoarthrosis of large joints.

Contraindications

Both dosage forms of Adgelon are contraindicated at hypersensitivity to any of drug components.

Solution, besides, should not be applied to intra joint introduction in the following cases:

The expressed synovitis;
Infectious defeats of fabrics and skin in a joint;
Children's age (due to the lack of data on safety of use).

Route of administration and dosage

Drops eye on 1-2 cap. it is necessary to dig in in the lower conjunctival sac of the affected eye from 3 to 6 times a day a course up to 14 days. At a severe disease in the first 3-7 days Adgelon it is possible to dig in each 2 hours.

Solution for intra joint introduction Adgelon is entered on 2 ml vnutrisustavno every other day or 2 times a week in a room for medical procedures in aseptic conditions. The course of treatment consists of 5-10 injections (depending on disease severity). If necessary not less than 4 weeks conduct bucketed repeated courses.

Side effects

Allergic reactions;
Local reactions at intra joint administration of drug: reddening, pain, hypostasis of fabrics in the field of an injection.

Special instructions

Drops are eye
If necessary it is at the same time possible to use other ophthalmologic drugs, solutions of antibiotics and disinfecting drops, but between instillations of different drugs it is necessary to observe at least 15-30-minute intervals.

Before an instillation people who carry them need to remove contact lenses and to establish not earlier than in 15 minutes after instillation.

Solution for intra joint introduction
Before introduction solution needs to be heated to room temperature.

In case of undesirable local reactions after an injection, imposing of a cold compress (ice) on a joint for 10-15 minutes is shown.

The patient after administration of drug should observe the sparing mode and within 1-2 days to avoid excessive load of a joint.

When performing complex therapy between Adgelon's injections and other medicines it is necessary to observe time intervals in several hours.

At the expressed synovitis it is recommended to use drug after stopping of process or removal of exudate and a puncture of a joint.

Medicinal interaction

Information on Adgelon's interaction with other medicines is absent.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in protected from light, the place, dry and unavailable to children, at a temperature 4-20ºС.

Solution period of validity for intra joint introduction – 3 years, a thaw eye – 2 years, after the first opening of a bottle – 2 days at a temperature 4-10ºС.
