Aeronum
Application instruction:
Aeronum – the drug which is applied as antiemetic and protivotoshnotny means. Possesses sedative action, it is capable to reduce secretion of sweat, lacrimal, salivary, bronchial, gastric glands, and also a pancreas. Action of Aeronum is directed to decrease in a tone of muscles of digestive tract, gall bladder and bilious channels, improvement of conductivity of impulses through an atrioventricular node in heart.
Form of release and structure
Release medicine in the form of tablets on 0,0005 g (in blister strip packagings on 10 pieces).
Content of the main active ingredients is to 1 tablet:
- Scopolaminum camphorate – 0,0001 g;
- Hyoscyaminum camphorate – 0,0004 g.
Indications to use
Ability of Aeronum to relax smooth muscles of digestive tract causes reduction and prevention of vomiting and nausea after its use.
Thanks to such Aeronum properties it is appointed in the following cases:
- Prevention and treatment air and sea sickness;
- Prevention and elimination of symptoms of a disease of Menyer;
- Plastic surgeries and upper airways operations for slime reduction - and salivations (in the course of carrying out).
Use of Aeronum is allowed at vomiting and nausea of pregnant women for elimination or simplification of toxicosis.
Contraindications
Purpose of drug is forbidden at hypersensitivity to its components, a prostatauxe and closed-angle glaucoma.
Route of administration and dosage
Prevention sea and aeroembolism the tablets Aeronum is done according to the following scheme: before departure it is necessary to take 1-2 pieces for half an hour or hour, in 6 hours if it is necessary, 1 more tablet. If preventive measures were not taken, treatment should be begun after the first feelings of a disease, such as headache, dizziness, nausea – it is necessary to take 1 or 2 pill of Aeronum, further drug is accepted 2 times a day on 1 tablet.
The greatest possible single dose of drug for the adult – 2 tablets, at the same time a daily dose should not exceed 4 tablets.
At Menyer's disease scheme of use of drug following: 2-3 times a day on 1 tablet.
For slime reduction - and salivations for half of hour to surgical intervention 2 pill, the subsequent two days – on 1 tablet 2 times a day are taken.
Side effects
Use of Aeronum can provoke dryness in a mouth and a throat, I am eager (it is possible to facilitate a state by means of plentiful drink and caffeine).
Such phenomena as tachycardia, a mydriasis, an intestines atony, an ischuria, dizziness are in rare instances observed.
Also drug complicates outflow of intraocular liquid, expands pupils, causes accommodation paralysis (a vision disorder at a short distance), increases intracranial pressure.
