Anvifen
Application instruction:
Anvifen – nootropic drug.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – solid gelatin capsules:
- 25 mg – the size No. 3, white color;
- 50 mg – the size No. 3, the case white, a lid – blue color;
- 125 mg – the size No. 2, the case white, a lid – blue color;
- 250 mg – the size No. 0, the case white, a lid – dark blue color.
Contents of capsules – mix of powder and/or granules of white color (the yellowish shade is possible). Capsules are packaged in blister strip packagings on 10 pieces, on 1, 2, 3 or 5 packagings in a cardboard pack.
Active agent: aminophenyl-butyric acid a hydrochloride, in 1 capsule – 25, 50, 125 or 250 mg.
Auxiliary components: hypro rod, lactose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide colloid.
Structure of a capsular cover: gelatin, water, titanium dioxide (E171); mg capsules 50, 125 and 250, besides, contain dyes an azoruby (E122), quinolinic yellow (E104) and diamond blue (E133).
Indications to use
- the dizzinesses connected with dysfunctions of a vestibular analyzer of various genesis;
- Menyer's disease;
- alarming and neurotic states;
- asthenic syndromes;
- tics, stutter and enuresis at children;
- night alarm and sleeplessness at elderly people;
- alcoholic abstinence syndrome (as a part of complex therapy for stopping of psychopathological and somatovegetativny frustration);
- prevention of a motion desease at kinetoza.
Contraindications
- children's age up to 3 years;
- period of pregnancy and lactation;
- hypersensitivity to Anvifen's components.
With care: liver failure, digestive tract erosive cankers.
Route of administration and dosage
Anvifen it is necessary to accept inside after food courses for 2-3 weeks.
To adults and teenagers 14 years are more senior appoint 250-500 mg 3 times a day, the most admissible daily dose – 2500 mg.
For children of 8-14 years the recommended dose makes 250 mg 3 times a day, for children of 3-8 years – 50-100 mg 3 times a day.
Maximum single doses: elderly people are more senior than 60 years – 500 mg, adults and teenagers of 14 years – 750 mg, children of 8-14 years – 250 mg, children of 3-8 years – 150 mg.
At an alcoholic abstinence syndrome appoint 250-500 mg 3 times a day and 750 mg to night, reduce gradually daily dose to a usual dose for adults.
At Menyer's disease and dizziness owing to dysfunction of a vestibular mechanism appoint 250 mg 3 times a day within 14 days.
For prevention of a sea sickness it is recommended to accept once 250-500 mg in 1 hour prior to estimated time of rolling or already at emergence of the first signs of a kinetoz. Antiemetic effect of drug amplifies at increase in its dose. However in case of the expressed symptoms (for example, vomitings) Anvifen is ineffective even in a dose of 750-1000 mg.

Special instructions
At long reception of Anvifen it is necessary to control indicators of peripheral blood and function of a liver.
During treatment it is recommended to refrain from driving and performance of other potentially dangerous types of activity requiring special attention.
Medicinal interaction
Aminophenyl-butyric acid the hydrochloride strengthens and extends action of neuroleptics, narcotic analgetics, somnolent, antiepileptic and protivoparkinsonichesky drugs.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in the unavailable to children, protected from moisture and light place where temperature does not exceed 25 °C.
