Bellasthesinum
Application instruction:
Bellasthesinum – the combined drug with spasmolytic, mestnoanesteziruyushchy and analgeziruyushchy action.
Form of release and structure
Bellasthesinum is released in the form of tablets (on 10 pieces in planimetric packagings, cell or bezjyacheykovy; on 10 pieces in test tubes glass).
Content of active agents is to 1 tablet:
- Belladonna extract – 15 mg;
- Benzocaine – 300 mg.
Indications to use
Action of Bellasthesinum is defined by properties of its active components. As a result of its use acidity of a gastric juice and a tone of smooth muscle cells of bodies of digestive tract decreases.
Bellasthesinum is appointed for treatment of the following diseases:
- Hyperacid gastritis;
- Gastric, bilious and intestinal gripes.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the components which are a part of tablets;
- Closed-angle glaucoma;
- Prostatauxe.
Clinical trials of efficiency and safety of administration of drug by the children and also feeding and pregnant women were not carried out therefore this category of patients Bellasthesinum can be appointed only according to the recommendation of the doctor.
Route of administration and dosage
Bellasthesinum is accepted inside, a single dose – 1 tablet, frequency rate of reception – 2-3 times a day.
Duration of treatment is defined by the doctor depending on indications and reaction to the carried-out therapy.
Side effects
At use of Bellasthesinum in the recommended doses side effects develop only in some cases. At administration of drug can sometimes arise:
- Drowsiness;
- Dryness in a mouth;
- Tachycardia;
- Dizziness;
- Accommodation paresis;
- Mydriasis;
- Allergic reactions.
The overdose of drug is shown by emergence of the expressed side effects. In such cases it is necessary to ask for medical care, according to indications hospitalization is possible.

It is necessary to avoid use of Bellasthesinum to people whose activity demands the increased visual acuity.

Interaction of Bellasthesinum with other drugs was not studied therefore it is necessary to be careful at its use in complex therapy.
