Original big balm of Bittner – the combined vegetable drug with the immunostimulating and fortifying action shown for treatment of a wide range of diseases.

Form of release and structure

Drug is produced in the form of balm with a fragrant smell (in bottles from dark glass on 50, 100 and 250 ml, on 1 bottle in cardboard packaging).

Vegetable components in 100 ml of balm:

• Juice of an ash-tree white – 136 mg;
• Root of a gentian yellow – 50 mg;
• Root of a kolyuchnik acaulescent – 68 mg;
• Root of an angelica medicinal – 136 mg;
• Rhizomes of a turmeric long – 138 mg;
• Root and rhizomes of an inula high – 2 mg;
• Grass a she-wolf of curly – 1,5 mg;
• Grass of a centaury ordinary – 1,3 mg;
• Flowers of a feltwort ordinary – 1,4 mg;
• Present ginger rhizomes – 1,5 mg;
• Peel of fruits of orange of sweet – 1,1 mg;
• Flowers of a clove tree – 3 mg;
• Rhizomes of an acorus marsh – 4,7 mg;
• Nutmeg fruits – 28 mg;
• Root of a glycyrrhiza naked – 17 mg;
• Cubeb pepper fruits – 1,7 mg;
• Peel of fruits of a wild orange bitter – 3,1 mg;
• Grass of a yarrow muscat – 0,6 mg;
• Rhizomes of Kalgan of the present – 1,4 mg;
• Rhizomes of an iris German – 0,5 mg;
• Myrrh gum resinous dried up – 70 mg;
• Camphor racemic – 95 mg;
• Grass of a wormwood bitter – 3,5 mg;
• Peel of fruits of Curacao orange – 3,8 mg;
• Present anisetree fruits – 4,6 mg;
• Teriak – 97 mg;
• Leaves of watch trifoliate – 12 mg.

Indications to use

Original big balm of Bittner is accepted inside:

• As a calmative at sleep disorders and the increased nervous irritability;
• During rehabilitation as a part of complex therapy at cardiovascular diseases;
• During recovery after the undergone operations, diseases, injuries, stresses and the raised exercise and intellectual stresses (as fortifying means);
• As the means raising a host defense at secondary immunological insufficiency;
• At disturbances of lipidic exchange and a lipidemia;
• At digestive tract diseases, including chronic gastritis out of an aggravation stage, tendency to locks, a peptic ulcer, dyskinesia of biliary tract.

Locally balm is applied at posttraumatic pains, stings of insects, and also to treatment of LOR-diseases of a throat and an oral cavity.

Contraindications

Use of original big balm of Bittner is contraindicated at a renal and liver failure, obturatsionny diseases of biliary tract and cirrhosis. Alcoholism, pregnancy, the period of a lactation and children's age up to 12 years are also contraindications to drug use.

Locally medicine is not recommended to be applied at damage and irritation of skin, dermatological diseases, and also the opened and bleeding wounds to balm sites of application.

Route of administration and dosage

Original big balm of Bittner is accepted inside depending on a disease:

• At treatment of digestive tract with the normal or lowered acidity usually appoint 1-2 teaspoons of undiluted drug for half an hour to food 3 times a day. At a hyperoxemia balm is recommended to be accepted in an hour after food. Also Bittner's balm can be dissolved in 50-100 ml of water or tea. The medical course makes 1 month;
• During rehabilitation at diseases of cardiovascular system accept on the 2nd teaspoons of balm 3 times a day for a month;
• As fortifying means after the undergone operations, infectious diseases or injuries Bittner's balm is accepted for 3-4 weeks on the 2nd teaspoons to 4 times a day;
• After radiation therapy in the recovery period appoint on the 2nd teaspoons of balm divorced in 100 ml of water or tea, 3 times a day before meal. Treatment usually long (up to 3 months).

Original big balm of Bittner is applied locally:

• Acute inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat, and also exacerbation of chronic diseases (for rinsing of a throat and an oral cavity 3 teaspoons of balm dilute in enough water);
• Inflammatory diseases of skin or stings of insects (drug inflict directly on the place defeats);
• The closed traumatic damages of soft tissues and arthralgia (balsas are recommended to apply on the painful site of skin and to pound before full absorption, if necessary after that it is possible to impose the warming dry compress).

Side effects

Original big balm of Bittner causes side effects in the form of allergic reactions only at individual intolerance of separate components of drug.

Special instructions

At the high level of basal secretion of a gastric juice administration of drug on an empty stomach can be followed by slight heartburn or discomfort. In this case it is recommended to accept balm in an hour after meal.

It is not necessary to apply undiluted drug on open wounds because of the local cauterizing effect of alcohol.

Balm is not appointed along with medicines at which reception alcohol intake is forbidden.
