  • 1 bunch of greens of a coriander (cilantro);
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 1 bunch of green onions.

Spices:

  • 2 laurel leaves;
  • 1 tablespoon of a curry;
  • 1 tablespoon of ground caraway seeds;
  • 1 tablespoon of ground seeds of a coriander;
  • 1-2 small cut hot red peppers;
  • Little grated fresh ginger.

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for roasting.

Preparation:

It is thin to cut onions half rings, to fry in vegetable oil till golden color, to add a curry, caraway seeds, garlic, to pour a little water and to extinguish on slow fire about 10 minutes.

Then to add the cut vegetables: carrots, celery, paprika, cabbage and tomatoes. To fill in with water it is a little higher than the level of vegetables, to add bay leaf, a coriander, red pepper, the remained greens and ginger.

  • 250 g of onions;

  • 100 g of a celery;
  • 70 g of a white cabbage;
  • 70 g of a cauliflower or broccoli;
  • 70 g of carrots;
  • 70 g of sweet paprika;
  • 2-3 garlic gloves.
  • Green onions, parsley and fennel to taste;

Spices:

  • 1 g of allspice (peas);
  • 1 g of pepper of red acute dry;
  • 2 bay leaves.
