Menu

First day

Breakfast: a cup of flakes from whole grain, soy milk, 170 g of grapefruit juice.

Lunch: half-cups of boiled haricot, 170 g of boiled or fresh vegetables.

Dinner: 1 cups of the mushrooms fried from 115 g of tofu, 1 cup of siliculose peas and also 2 cups of the rice welded on couple.

Second day

Third day

Breakfast: 2 pieces of low-calorie bread with soy and cheese cream.

Lunch: 1 pieces of rye bread, 1 cup of stewed vegetables.

Dinner: 1 cup of the steamed broccoli, 2 stuffed with rice and corn of pepper of the big size.

Having a snack: 1 cups of soy yogurt, 1 cup of fresh berries of strawberry.

Useful tips
