There is a set of variations of one of the most effective power supply systems – combinations of proteins and complex carbohydrates. Efficiency of similar diets is caused by properties of macronutrients:

  • Caloric content of one gram of protein is equal to 4 kcal. At the same time protein spends energy of an organism, being split on amino acids, unlike carbohydrates. Besides, enough protein supports health of muscle fibers, without allowing an organism to destroy them during a diet to receive energy;
  • Complex carbohydrates are an energy source since quickly are digested and come to blood. They improve work of intestines, clear it, delete slags and toxins.

The diet of an angel lasts 13 days, the effect of a diet is swept up in 2 days. Creators of a diet promise that in 13 days it is possible to lose 7-8 kilograms, and from the 14th day – to return to the usual menu.

Diet of an angel strict: it is forbidden to deviate from recommendations, otherwise the result will not impress. The menu of a diet consists of complex carbohydrates and proteins; fats and simple carbohydrates are excluded. It is allowed to drink water and herbal teas.

Advantages

The diet of an angel is balanced and though intake of fats is strictly limited, the resolved products contain fats (first of all, meat, fish and eggs). Thus, the organism receives necessary macronutrients. The diet provided a dense dinner therefore to fill up hungry it is not necessary. Products can be fried, but without fat use.

Shortcomings and contraindications

Diet of an angel low-calorie. Nutrients can not be enough for an organism, there will be a fatigue, apathy, the health will worsen, metabolism will be slowed down.

Three meals a day, a diet scanty are authorized. The feeling of hunger can arise and provoke failures. For the same reason the diet is not recommended at the big excess weight – it is difficult to keep result after its end.

The Diet of an angel has no strict contraindications, but people with chronic diseases before a diet should consult with the doctor.

What products are resolved?

During a diet vegetables, fruit and proteinaceous food are resolved (meat, fish, seafood, eggs, dairy products with the low content of fat).

What products are prohibited?

Simple carbohydrates (sweet dishes, sugar, flour products), sour cream, potatoes, tea and coffee, fruit drinks, alcohol, kissel are not resolved. Fruit are prohibited: grapes, bananas, persimmon, dried fruits, apricots.

Menu

The menu of the Diet of an angel for a week (in the next weeks the menu repeats, allowed to interchange the position days):

First day

Breakfast: coffee without sugar and milk.

Lunch: a green salad with tomato, 2 hard boiled eggs.

Dinner: the piece of fast beef fried on a small amount of olive oil.

Second day

Breakfast: black coffee without sugar.

Lunch: the fast beef fried under a press, tomato and a green salad.

Dinner: soup.

Third day

Breakfast: black coffee with crouton.

Lunch: fried fast beef, green salad.

Dinner: low-fat ham, 2 hard boiled eggs.

Fourth day

Breakfast: black coffee with crouton.

Lunch: cheese, one egg and one carrots.

Dinner: kefir, fruit salad.

Fifth day

Breakfast: grated carrots with lemon juice.

Lunch: fried fish, tomato.

Dinner: the fast beef fried under a press, a green salad.

Sixth day

Breakfast: black coffee and crouton.

Lunch: fried chicken, green salad.

Dinner: green salad and fast beef.

Seventh day

Breakfast: tea without sugar.

Lunch: the fast meat fried on a spit, a green salad.

Dinner: any lunch or a dinner from previous days.

Useful tips

Council 1: Though it is not provided by a diet, include the lunches and having a snack consisting of proteins in the menu. Such step will increase daily caloric content and will save from painful feeling of hunger.

Council 2: Keeping to a diet, during the day drink water (not less than 1 l a day), otherwise weight will sharply be lost because of dehydration.
