Anita Tsoi's diet has one more name – "Gold ten". It was developed especially for the popular singer by the Moscow nutritionist Margarita Kovalyova. As Anita claims, by means of this diet she managed to get rid of 50 kg.

"Gold ten" represents alternation of rigid diets within 10 days:

  • The first day – a cucumber diet;
  • The second, third and fourth days – a grapefruit diet;
  • The fifth day – a cucumber and egg diet;
  • The sixth day – a diet on porridge and vegetables;
  • The seventh day – a diet on porridge, vegetables, meat, fish;
  • The eighth day – a cucumber and egg diet;
  • The ninth day – a diet on buckwheat cereal and vegetables;
  • The tenth day – a diet on eggs, fish, vegetables.

Special recipes:

For a cucumber diet (1 day) it is necessary to make cucumber and kefiric cocktail: cucumbers are grated and filled in with kefir. Add parsley and crush everything in the blender.

The diet of a cucumber and egg diet (5 day) consists of salad: boiled hard-boiled eggs crush and connect to the cucumbers cut in cubes.

Rules of a diet of Anita Tsoi:

  1. Meat and fish are cooked in the sparing ways – on couple, in an oven. It is possible to extinguish without oil, salt and spices;
  2. The last meal not later than 20:00;
  3. In day it is necessary to drink 2,5 l of pure still water;
  4. Moderate exercise stresses 2-3 times a week.

To set the achieved result, it is possible to repeat a diet, since 7 in the afternoon.

Advantages

For three cycles of a diet of Anita Tsoi (for 10 days within 3 months) it is possible to get rid of 10-15 kg.

Alternation of rigid diets is transferred much easier, than a monotonous rigid ten-day diet.

Products are picked up in such a way that necessary substances come to an organism in due quantity therefore problems with health on this diet usually do not happen.

The diet consists of available products, to adhere to a diet simply and inexpensive.

Shortcomings and contraindications

Rigid restrictions in a diet can lead to temporary deterioration in health, especially at the beginning of a diet: headache, increased fatigue, falling of vitality, apathy and problems with a dream. As a rule, within several days the organism adapts, and the unpleasant phenomena pass.

For many people it is difficult to drink 2,5 l of water a day. In this case the amount of water can be reduced, but it is necessary to watch color of urine: it has to be light. Saturated color of urine indicates the need to increase amount of the drunk water.

Anita Tsoi's diet is contraindicated at chronic diseases of digestive tract.

What products are resolved?

Products of a cucumber diet (1 day):

  • 500 g of cucumbers;
  • 500 ml of kefir of 1%;
  • Parsley greens.

Products of a grapefruit diet (2,3 and 4 days):

  • 5 hard boiled eggs;
  • 5 grapefruits.

Products of a cucumber and egg diet (5 day):

  • 2 hard boiled eggs;
  • 1,5 kg of cucumbers.

Products of the 6th day:

  • Porridge on water;
  • Fruit: apple, pear, orange;
  • Vegetables: carrots and beet;
  • Yogurt.

Products of the 7th day:

  • Porridge on water;
  • Vegetables;
  • Fruit: apple, a pear, orange, kiwi garnet (at choice);
  • 150 g of fast meat;
  • 150 g of fish (cod or pollock).

Diet of the 9th day:

  • 200 g of buckwheat cereal;
  • Bulb;
  • Carrots;
  • Celery;
  • 200 g of cucumbers.

Products of the 10th day:

  • 1 chicken yolks and 2 proteins;
  • Apple;
  • Vegetables: potatoes, red pepper, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes;
  • Fish.

What products are prohibited?

All products which did not enter the list resolved a certain day of a diet are prohibited.

Menu of a 10-day diet of Anita Tsoi:

First day

To use 6 portions of cucumber and kefiric cocktail during the day.

Second, third and fourth days

On an empty stomach – lemon water (slightly lemon juice on 200 ml of water).

In 15 minutes – 1 protein of boiled egg.

In an hour – 1 grapefruit.

In 1,5 hours – ovalbumin.

In 1,5 hours – 1 grapefruit.

To alternate ovalbumin and grapefruit during the day.

Fifth day

To use 6 portions of cucumber and egg salad during the day.

Sixth day

8.00 – porridge with addition of a segment of apple and 1 h l. honey.

10.00 – 1 hard boiled egg.

12:00 – the grated crude carrots filled with a small amount of vegetable oil.

14:00 – yogurt.

16:00 – a pear.

18:00 – the grated crude beet filled with a small amount of vegetable oil.

20:00 – orange.

Seventh day

8.00 – porridge with addition of a segment of apple and 1 h l. honey.

10:00 – crude carrots or one fruit from resolved.

12:00 – crude carrots or one fruit.

14:00 – meat with vegetables.

16:00 – crude carrots or one fruit.

18:00 – fish with vegetables.

Eighth day

The cucumber and egg salad divided into 6 portions which use during the day.

Ninth day

9.00 – the buckwheat cereal, polished carrots with a celery and a bulb filled with lemon juice.

11.00 – 200 g of cucumbers.

Each two hours alternate porridge to vegetables and cucumbers.

Tenth day

9.00 – an omelet from 2 proteins and 1 yolk.

11:00 – apple.

13:00 – fish, cucumbers and tomatoes salad.

16:00 – the red pepper baked with onions.

18:00 – potatoes "in a uniform" with greens.

Useful tips

Council 1. At strong feeling of hunger during a grapefruit diet it is allowed to drink a glass of low-fat kefir or water with addition 1 of h l. honey.
