Diet "Saucer" – an example of system of fractional food at which it is possible to eat practically all products, controlling only their quantity.
The main principle of a diet – at one time it is possible to eat the food volume which is located on a saucer with a diameter of 10 cm. As a result stomach volume gradually decreases, and in the future it will lead to saturation in the small portions at the expense of what the risk of return of the dumped kilograms decreases.
Rules of a diet "Saucer":
In spite of the fact that the diet "Saucer" does not prohibit to eat occasionally caloric food and even sweets, nevertheless it is recommended to exclude unhealthy food from a diet. It is better to replace it with vegetable and fruit salads, juice.
In 7 days of a diet "Saucer" it is possible to get rid of 3-5 kg.
This system accustoms to fractional food which is considered useful to an organism and a set of weight warns. Lack of bans on any products helps to avoid failures.
In the first days of a diet "Saucer" is difficult to be sated with small portions of food. It can cause emergence of feeling of strong hunger, irritability, weakness. As a rule, in 2-3 days the organism adapts, and unpleasant feelings pass.
If it is heavy to eat in the small portions 4 times a day, it is possible to increase for several days the number of meals to 5-6 times, but then to return to a 4-times diet.

Breakfast: a toast from whole-grain bread with cheese and a tomato, juice. Lunch: 100-150 g of boiled vegetables with sour cream. Afternoon snack: 150 g of fruit salad. Dinner: 100 g of fish with a lemon and siliculose haricot. |
Second day |
Breakfast: boiled egg, yogurt, coffee. Lunch: piece of meat and fresh vegetables salad. Afternoon snack: 100 g of yogurt or kefir, oatmeal cookies. Dinner: ragout from vegetables. |
Third day |
Breakfast: 5 spoons of muesli with yogurt and dried fruits, coffee. Lunch: 100-150 g of soup from vegetables with a grenka from rye bread. Afternoon snack: ½ tiles of dark chocolate or 200 g banana and strawberry smuz. Dinner: tuna, cucumber and salad sandwich. |

Breakfast: an omelet with spinach and tomatoes. Lunch: fresh vegetables salad, ham piece. Afternoon snack: cottage cheese with fruit. Dinner: turkey fricassee with carrots and peas. |

Breakfast: sandwich from rye bread with cheese, ham and salad, coffee. Lunch: 100 g of calf's liver, stewed with apples. Afternoon snack: 100 g of low-fat kefir and piece of fruit pie. Dinner: cottage cheese and fresh vegetables salad. |
Seventh day |
Breakfast: a toast, fried eggs with cheese, tea or coffee. Lunch: lentil soup with a piece of meat and sour cream. Afternoon snack: a pancake with fresh berries. Dinner: fresh vegetables salad. |
