Girls with such type of a figure should enter into a food allowance complex carbohydrates (peas, lentil, cereals) and proteins (vegetables, fruit, seafood, a bird). It is better to replace the packaged juice with fresh fruit. For acceleration of a metabolism in an organism daily it is necessary to drink tomato juice and to eat tomatoes. Tomatoes contain biologically active agents promoting regeneration of skin.
In a diet for the girls having figure type "hourglasses" there are no accurate bans. It is only necessary to reduce amount of the used farinaceous food and sweet, dried fruits, nuts. It is useful to eat proteinaceous food – veal, fish, chicken, eggs. Greens shall enter a food allowance of girls with such type of a figure.
During a diet for girls with such type of a figure it is better to use fats and carbohydrates, in the morning during the lunchtime – proteins and carbohydrates, and for dinner it is desirable to use only proteins.
The main rule of a diet for girls with figure type Yabloko – decrease in amount of the carbohydrates increasing insulin level in a blood plasma. Girls with this type of a figure should enter as much as possible products containing cellulose into a food allowance (root crops, bean, bran). At the same time it is necessary to reduce the use of fats of animal origin. Girls with such type of a figure need to use meat, dried fruits, different types of grain, fish, walnuts, honey, a citrus. From drinks it is possible to use fruit, herbal teas, water.
At a diet for girls with figure type Yabloko for breakfast it is possible to eat one egg with hundred grams of greens of any kind, a piece of dietary bread with a thin butter layer and a small piece of ham. For the second breakfast it is possible to eat couple of walnuts and small apple. For lunch it is possible to make salad. Instead of a dessert it is possible to eat six grain crackers. For an afternoon snack to eat one piece of low-fat cheese and one small pear. For the second breakfast to eat one soft-boiled egg or hundred grams of cottage cheese, hundred grams of fruit or vegetable salad with olive oil. To drink a glass of juice or tea without sugar. For lunch to boil hundred grams of fish and hundred grams of buckwheat. To make any vegetables salad. Instead of a dessert to eat one small apple and to drink a glass of water.
