  • soy milk and cheese;
  • fats: cod liver fat, linseed oil;
  • vegetables: swede, zucchini, pumpkin, turnip, asparagus, potatoes, kohlrabi, all types of onions, sheet vegetables, garlic, horse-radish, fennel, daikon, fennel, fresh ginger, chicory, celery;

Breakfast
