Diet at dermatitis

The diet at dermatitis has to be developed taking into account the following conditions:

  • To exclude the products causing allergic reaction;
  • To provide as much as possible with the substances protecting skin cells from damages and promoting healing of an epithelium;
  • To reduce load of the liver which is intensively clearing an organism of effects of allergic manifestations;
  • To reduce intake of gluten (wheat, wheat flour) which portability at an allergy is considerably reduced;
  • To exclude the products promoting increase in nervous irritability for reduction of probability of stresses.

By drawing up a diet at dermatitis, the main objective – to allocate the products which are carriers of allergens which in each case are individual. Allergic reaction can be shown both right after the use of products, and within 2-4 days later.

Well-known allergic products which in a diet at dermatitis should be used with care, controlling reaction of an organism to their receipt within several days:

  • Honey, propolis;
  • The chocolate and products containing cocoa;
  • Seafood – mussels, shrimps, oysters;
  • River fish;
  • Nuts, especially peanut;
  • Citrus;
  • Fresh berries, especially strawberry;
  • Fruit and vegetables of red and orange color, especially tomatoes;
  • Wheat and soy.

It is recommended to exclude from a diet whole milk and products from it, and also ovalbumin, especially crude.

Diet at atopic dermatitis

The main allergens at an atopy at adults not food, but inhalation – house dust, pollen of plants, fungal disputes, mites of house dust. In the menu of a diet at atopic dermatitis it is also necessary to exclude completely gistaminoliberator – the products provoking release of a histamine:

  • Fragrances and amplifiers of taste;
  • Preservatives and emulsifiers;
  • Food dyes;
  • Spices.

By drawing up a diet it is necessary to consider an ecological situation and a field of activity of the patient, for an exception of additional allergic influences. It is regularly necessary to conduct a digestive tract research as functional disturbances in work mucous intestines can be the cause of pseudo-allergic reactions.

Diet at seborrheal dermatitis

Observance of a diet at seborrheal dermatitis is necessary as gastrointestinal diseases, diseases of a nasopharynx and avitaminosis are its main reasons. The allergens provoking development of a disease generally food, therefore a diet – an important component of prevention and treatment of seborrheal dermatitis.

The products prohibited to the use in a diet:

  • Smoked products, hot dishes, marinades;
  • The complex carbohydrates which are contained in sugar and pastries;
  • Instant food (fast food);
  • Alcohol and products with alcohol.

Diet diet basis at seborrheal dermatitis:

  • Milk, milk (including sour-milk) products;
  • Fresh vegetables, fruit and berries;
  • Fast grades of meat, bird;
  • Laminaria;
  • Various aspics and jelly;
  • Svezheotzhaty fruit and vegetable juice;
  • Fruit drinks of house preparation;
  • The purified drinking water not less than 2 l a day.
