Fourth option

Breakfast: cheesecakes with oatmeal, tea.

Second breakfast: piece of low-fat ham, cheese.

Lunch: rolls from salty fish, rice, cottage cheese cream.

Afternoon snack: kefir.

Dinner: shrimps.

Useful tips:

Council 1: Despite efficiency, it is not recommended to adhere to the Proteinaceous diet of Valeria more than two weeks, otherwise the renal failure is possible.

Council 2: Weekly arrange fasting days when only the fat-free kefir is resolved.
