Deep Relief – the combined drug used outwardly at treatment of muscles, joints and sheaves.
Pharmacological action
Active ingredients of Deep Relief – an ibuprofen and left menthol. Actions of these components have the mutually strengthening effect and are directed to various links of a pain syndrome.
The ibuprofen renders the expressed antiinflammatory, analgetic, anti-exudative and antipyretic effect. Left menthol (or menthol) has the irritating and distracting effect. Irritating nerve terminations, these substances promote vasodilatation and regulate painful sensitivity, having the local anesthetizing effect.
Drug is well absorbed and at the same time deeply gets into skin and soft tissues.
Release form
Deep Relief is produced in the form of transparent gel with a menthol smell. 1 g of drug contains 50 mg of an ibuprofen and 30 mg of left menthol. Excipients – the ethanol denatured 96% carbomer, propylene glycol, diisopropanolamine and the purified water. In aluminum tubas on 15 g, 30 g, 50 g, 100 g in cardboard packs.
Indications to use
Deep Relief according to the instruction is applied at musculoskeletal system diseases:
- Osteoarthrosis,
- Sciatica;
- Pseudorheumatism;
- Ankylosing spondylarthritis;
- Osteochondrosis with a radicular syndrome;
- Radiculitis;
- Lumbago;
- At rheumatic diseases of soft tissues:
- Tendovaginitis;
- Bursitis;
- Defeats of periartikulyarny fabrics.
Drug is used for treatment of posttraumatic inflammations of soft tissues. Also according to reviews Deep Relief is effective at treatment of dorsodynias and a waist.
Contraindications
Ointment use Deep Relief is contraindicated at:
- Hypersensitivity to an ibuprofen or other components of drug;
- To bronchial asthma if it was provoked by reception of acetylsalicylic acid;
- Disturbance of integrity of integuments in drug sites of application;
- Pregnancies and in the period of a lactation;
- Children's age up to 14 years.
Deep Relief according to the instruction is appointed with care at digestive tract cankers, hepatic aggravations, to chronic heart failure and people of advanced age.
Application instruction of Deep Relief
Deep Relief gel is applied outwardly, it is identical to adults and children 14 years are more senior.
Put not more often 4 times a day a thin layer, slightly rub. In the absence of other appointments, drug is used within 10 days.
Side effects
According to reviews Deep Relief can cause some allergic reactions: urticaria, an itch, generalized skin rash, bronkhospastichesky reactions, a Quincke's disease, a peeling, reddening or puffiness of the processed site of skin.
Ointment Deep Relief is contraindicated at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation.
Cases of overdose and interaction with other medicines are not described.
