Дицетел в таблетках 50 мг Ditsetel – spasmolytic drug with m-holinoblokiruyushchim and myotropic action.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – tablets, film coated: a round form, orange color, on each of the convex parties there is an engraving: on one – a letter S over a badge of triangular shape, on another – figure 50 or 100 corresponding to the content of active agent in a tablet (on 20 pieces in blisters, in a cardboard pack 1 blister).

Active agent of Ditsetel – a pinaveriya bromide, in 1 tablet – 50 or 100 mg.

Auxiliary components: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide colloid, lactoses monohydrate, cellulose microcrystallic, starch prezhelatinizirovanny, talc.

Structure of a film cover: butylmethacrylate copolymer, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, stearic acid, сеписперс dry 3203 (cellulose microcrystallic (E460), gipromelloz (E464), dye sunset yellow (varnish aluminum) (E110), titanium dioxide (E171)).

Indications to use

Ditsetel's use is shown for symptomatic therapy:

The discomfort caused by functional disorder of work of intestines, pain, disturbance of motility of the digestive tract (DT);
Pain connected with functional disorder of biliary tract.

Besides, drug is appointed by preparation for X-ray inspection of a GIT using sulfate barium.

Contraindications

Syndrome of glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption, intolerance of a galactose, deficit of lactase;
Age up to 18 years;
Breastfeeding period;
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

With care appoint during pregnancy, especially in the III trimester as there is a risk of neurologic frustration at the baby. Use is allowed if the estimated advantage of drug for mother prevails over potential harm for a fruit.

Route of administration and dosage

Pill is taken orally during food, swallowing entirely (not rassasyvy and without chewing), and wash down with a large amount of water for the purpose of prevention of contact of active ingredient with a mucous membrane of a gullet.

The recommended daily dosing for Ditsetel:

Tablets, film coated, on 50 mg: on 1 piece 3 times or on 2 pieces 2 times a day, in certain cases the daily dose can make 6 tablets (on 2 pieces 3 times). For preparation for X-ray inspection of a GIT the patient should accept 2 pieces 2 times a day within 3 days before holding a procedure;
Tablets, film coated, on 100 mg: on 1 piece 2 times a day, depending on clinical indications frequency rate can be increased to 3 times a day. Before X-ray inspection to the patient appoint 1 piece 2 times a day within 3 days.

Side effects

Use of drug can become the reason of side effects:

From the alimentary system: nausea, pain in a stomach, vomiting, diarrhea, a dysphagy; non-compliance with recommendations about administration of drug can lead to injury of a mucous membrane of a gullet;
From immune system: hypersensitivity reactions;
From integuments: rash, urticaria, skin itch, erythema.

Special instructions

Ditsetel's use has to correspond strictly to recommendations about reception as the probability of injury of a mucous membrane of a gullet is high, special attention should be paid to patients with hernia of an esophageal opening and/or an esophagitis.

Influence of tablets on ability to control of vehicles and mechanisms was not studied.

Medicinal interaction

Interaction a bromide pinaveriya with peroral anticoagulants, hypoglycemic drugs, cardiac glycosides, insulin and heparin is not revealed.

Ditsetel's influence on results of laboratory researches on determination of level of concentration of medicines was not noted.

At simultaneous use with anticholinergics strengthening of stopping of spasms is possible.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the protected from light, dry place at a temperature up to 30 °C. To protect from children.

Period of validity – 5 years.
