Gastrofarm
Application instruction:
Gastrofarm – the drug of antiacid analgeziruyushchy action used at treatment of gastritis, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum.
Form of release and structure
The Gastrofarm is released in the form of tablets: with smooth edges, flat, round, beige-brown color, existence of heterogeneity of color and impregnations in the form of "mramornost", with risky on one of the parties is admissible (on 6 pieces in blisters, on 1 or 3 blisters in a cardboard pack).
Active agents are a part of 1 tablet:
- Substance – 157,5 mg (contains the viable dried-up cells of Lactobacillus delbrueckii spp. bulgaricus a strain 51 (LB-51) – is not less 1×102 cells);
- Lactic acid – 6,3-12,6%;
- Protein – 25-35% (in terms of the general nitrogen – 4-5,6%).
Auxiliary components: magnesium stearate, sucrose (to 900 mg).
Indications to use
- Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum;
- The gastritis (acute and chronic) which is followed by a hyperoxemia of a gastric juice.
As prophylactic Gastrofarm is appointed after use of the medicines rendering irritant action on digestive tract at excessive alcohol intake and nicotine, and also after errors in food (meal, the acidity of a gastric juice causing increase).
Contraindications
At use of Gastrofarm in the recommended doses and according to indications of a contraindication are not established.
Route of administration and dosage
Pill should be taken inside in 30 minutes prior to food, chewing them with a small amount of water. Also the Gastrofarm can previously be crushed and mixed with boiled water of room temperature.
At a hyperoxemia of a gastric juice and at gastritises (chronic and acute) drug is accepted by 3 times a day:
- Adults – on 1-2 tablets;
- Children of 12-18 years – on 1 tablet;
- Children of 3-12 years – on ½ tablets.
Duration of a medical course – 30 days. As a rule, the effect is observed in 7 days of use.
If at treatment of acute gastritises it is not possible to reach necessary effect, increase in a daily dose is possible twice.
At a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum adult appoint 3 times a day 3-4 tablets. Duration of a therapeutic course – 30 days.
With the preventive purpose the Gastrofarm is applied within 15 days. A single dose – 1-2 tablets, frequency rate of administration of drug – 3 times a day. At abuses of smoking or alcohol drug is accepted according to the same scheme, at the same time it is possible to reduce frequency rate of reception to 2 times a day.

At use of Gastrofarm in the recommended doses and according to indications side effects are not established.
Special instructions
The Gastrofarm is not toxic, harmless.
At appointment patients with a diabetes mellitus need to consider that 1 tablet contains 0,9 g of sucrose.
Medicinal interaction
Medicinal interaction of Gastrofarm therefore it can be applied with other drugs is not established.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in protected from light, the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 25 °C.
