The milk mushroom – a mushroom from Syroyezhkov' family, grows in the mixed pine and birch, birch and deciduous woods. Other names of mushrooms – milk mushrooms white, the white butterfly, milk mushrooms crude and pravsky.

White milk mushrooms, as well as any other mushrooms cannot be given to children up to 6 years, it is undesirable to use them at liver diseases, pancreatitis, an ulcer of a GIT or gastritis, an acute inflammation in a digestive tract.

If there is a tendency to diarrhea, fried and salty mushrooms are it is not recommended.

Before the use milk mushrooms need to be soaked not to get poisoned.

In order to avoid poisoning it is important to be able to choose milk mushrooms. In spite of the fact that they have no poisonous doubles, it is necessary to know as the real milk mushroom looks: the hat at a mushroom yellowish or milky-white color, is a little pressed on the center.
