The menus of the fourth week (specified for every day products are distributed in any order):

First day

4 slices of meat or ¼ chickens, bank of a tinned tuna, toast, 4 cucumbers, 3 tomatoes, citrus fruit.

Second day

200 g of meat, 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, toast, 1 fruit.

Third day

Few boiled vegetables, 1 tbsp of cottage cheese, toast, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, citrus fruit.

Fourth day

Half of boiled chicken, toast, 3 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, citrus fruit.

Fifth day

Eggs, 3 tomatoes, sheet salad, citrus fruit.

Sixth day

2 slices of boiled chicken, 125 g of cottage cheese, a toast, are a little curdled milk, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, citrus fruit.

Seventh day

Bank of a tinned tuna, boiled vegetables, 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, toast, citrus fruit.

Useful tips

Council 1: It is allowed to drink a cup of coffee once a day.

Council 2: A tinned tuna it is possible to replace with a tinned humpback salmon.
