Application instruction:
Cholenzymum 
represents coated tablets as which active ingredient bile and digestive enzymes (amylase, a lipase, trypsin) act. 1 tablet of drug contains: 0,1 g of dry bile, 0,1 g of the dried-up and crushed pancreas, and also 0,1 g of the dried-up mucous membranes of a small bowel of lethal animals.
Use of Cholenzymum according to indications is carried out on one tablet 2-3 times a day, without chewing and washing down with a large amount of liquid.
Pharmacological action
According to the instruction Cholenzymum is the combined drug having cholagogue effect. The enzymes which are a part of drug considerably facilitate process of digestion of fats, proteins, carbohydrates, promoting their fullest absorption in intestines. This structure of Cholenzymum provides improvement of a functional condition of digestive tract, in short terms normalizing digestive process of an organism.
Indications to use of Cholenzymum
Drug is widely used as digestive fermental and cholagogue medicine at the revealed acute, chronic diseases and functional disorders of a GIT. Indications to Cholenzymum the following:
- Hepatitis;
- Cholecystitis;
- Pancreatitis;
- Gastritis;
- Colitis.
Besides, Holeznim productively eliminates diarrhea of noninfectious character and a meteorism, is excellent prophylactic for the patients keeping to a rigid diet, and the persons leading an unhealthy life, in particular, neglecting healthy nutrition. Use of Cholenzymum is also pertinent at a long immobilization, disturbance of chewing function and forced low-mobility.
Contraindications
According to the instruction to Cholenzymum contraindications to administration of drug is hypersensitivity to its operating components, acute pancreatitis, obturatsionny jaundice, ulcer diseases of a stomach and duodenum in the period of an aggravation.
Side effects of Cholenzymum
According to reviews of Cholenzymum, drug is usually transferred well, imperceptibly adapting in a sick organism. However,
the sharpening of the side effects connected with contraindications to medicine is in certain cases possible: allergic reactions in the form of the small tortoiseshell which is followed by a characteristic itch, rhinitis, allergic sneezing and lachrymation are observed. At emergence of these symptoms it is recommended to change the scheme of treatment after consultation with the doctor, if necessary having replaced Cholenzymum with an analog - Allocholum, Hofitol, Holiver, Artikhol, Cholosasum or cholagogue collecting.
At exceeding of a dosage of Cholenzymum and analogs of drug emergence of dispepsichesky frustration, heartburn, a skin itch, diarrhea and increase in level of transaminases in blood is possible. Overdose treatment by medicine symptomatic.
Medicinal interaction of Cholenzymum
Simultaneous use of Cholenzymum with the antiacid means containing magnesium hydroxide or calcium carbonate can lead to decrease in a therapeutic effectiveness of drug. At long reception decrease in absorption of iron in an organism is possible.
