Options are most widespread 7-, 14-and 21-day. Diets for 7 and 14 days are based on the same products. the 21-day diet considerably differs from other options.

Rules of "The Chinese diet":

  • it is impossible to change products, their number and the menu of certain days;

Dinner: crude carrots, fried eggs.

Seventh day

Breakfast: green or herbal tea.

Lunch: fast meat, fruit allsorts.

Dinner: to repeat any pleasant dinner option.

It is possible to apply the menu of 7-day to the 14-day "Chinese diet". In this case the menu of the 8th day corresponds to the menu of the 1st day and further everything repeats in that order. Those who wants to diversify several a diet, are offered to use at first the menu of a 7-day diet, and from the 8th to the 14th day to adhere to such option:

Eighth day

Breakfast: black coffee.

Lunch: boiled beef, fruit salad.

Menu of 21-day option of "The Chinese diet":

First week

1 egg and 1 orange for 1 meal. Only 3 receptions in a day - in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening.

Second week

During the day – the porridge made on water. For 1 day it is necessary to eat porridge of one look.

Third week

Fruit and vegetables, crude or thermally processed in the sparing way.

Useful tips
