Nayz – the synthetic drug used at treatment of joint diseases and reduction of pain of various etiology.

Pharmacological action

Active ingredient of drug Nayz has analgeziruyushchy, antiinflammatory and febrifugal effect.

Drug is effective at the processes connected with pain, an inflammation and hypostases. Nayz suppresses aggregation of thrombocytes and reduces a bronchospasm which is caused by action of a histamine and acetic aldehyde. Also drug possesses antioxidant action and slows down formation of toxins.

At topical administration Nayz according to reviews weakens pain and a swelling in joints and reduces morning constraint.

Release form

Drug is produced in several dosage forms:

• The tablets Nayz containing 100 mg of active ingredient of Nimesulide on 10 pieces in the blister;
• The dispersed tablets Nayz containing 50 mg of active ingredient of Nimesulide on 10 pieces in the blister;
• Suspensions for intake, in 5 ml – 50 mg of Nimesulide, in bottles on 60 ml with a dosing cap;
• Gel Nayz of 1% for external use, in 1 g – 10 mg of Nimesulide, in tubas aluminum on 20 g.

Indications to Nayz's use

In any dosage forms Nayz apply at:

• Rhematoid and psoriasis arthritis;
• Radiculitis;
• Joint syndrome at an exacerbation of gout and rheumatism;
• Ankylosing spondylarthritis;
• Osteochondrosis with a radicular syndrome;
• Sciatica;
• Arthritises of various etiology;
• Lumbago;
• To fever of various genesis, including infectious and inflammatory diseases;
• Mialgiya of rheumatic and not rheumatic genesis;
• Posttraumatic inflammations of soft tissues, bruises and damages and ruptures of sheaves;
• Arthralgias;
• Osteoarthrosis;
• Inflammation of sinews, sheaves, bursitis;
• The pain syndrome caused by injuries or in the postoperative period at menstrual, tooth or a headache.

Contraindications

According to the instruction Nayz it is contraindicated to accept inside at:

• Erosive cankers and bleedings of digestive tract;
• Abnormal liver functions;
• To "Aspirinovy triad";
• Children's age up to 2 years;
• The expressed renal failure.

Nayz it is contraindicated to apply gel at injuries of epidermis, a dermatosis and an infection of skin to a scope.

Nayz in any dosage forms is contraindicated to use at pregnancy, in the period of a lactation, and also at hypersensitivity to Nimesulide, acetylsalicylic acid or other components of drug.

With care apply Nayz at heart failure, arterial hypertension, a diabetes mellitus of type 2, vision disorders and functions of kidneys.

Application instruction of Nayz

In the form of tablets or suspension drug is usually appointed the adult twice a day on 100 mg, as much as possible – to 400 mg. The course of treatment makes 10 days.

Nayz is recommended to take suspension and a pill to food, the dispersed tablets – after meal, previously having dissolved them in a water teaspoon.

Nayz's reception according to the instruction only in the form of suspension, 3-12 years – in the form of suspension and the dispersed tablets is allowed children of 2-3 years, 12 years – in the form of tablets are more senior.

The single dose for children to 40 kg is calculated depending on body weight – 3-5 mg on 1 kg of body weight. 2-3 times a day accept drug. Weighing more than 40 kg it is possible to accept an adult dose – on 100 mg twice a day.

It is necessary to be careful at a concomitant use in drug Nayz with lithium drugs, digoxin, diuretics, anti-hypertensive drugs, Phenytoinum, methotrexate, anticoagulants, cyclosporine and peroral hypoglycemic means.

Gel Nayz, without rubbing, apply with a thin layer up to 4 times a day on painful areas.

The maximum daily dose of drug makes 30 g. A course of treatment gel Nayz – 10 days.

Side effects

According to reviews Nayz at intake can cause the following side effects:

• Heartburn, nausea and vomiting, gastric pains, digestive tract erosive cankers, diarrhea, increase in activity of hepatic transaminases and toxic hepatitis;
• Liquid delay, hamaturia, lengthening of a bleeding time;
• Headache and dizziness;
• Acute anaphylaxis, skin rash or bronchospasm;
