Сироп Нормазе To Normaza – the purgative which is stimulating an intestines peristaltics, improving absorption of salts of calcium and phosphates, having gipoammoniyemichesky and hyperosmotic effect.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – syrup: transparent, colourless or light yellow with a brownish shade (on 200 ml in dark glass bottles, 1 bottle with a measured glass in a pack cardboard).

Active ingredient: lactulose, its contents in 1 g of syrup makes 0,667 g.

Additional components: water the purified, citric acid, fragrance creamy (vanillin, dihydrocoumarin and propylene glycol).

Indications to use

Dysbacteriosis;
Chronic lock;
Salmonellosis (except for generalized forms of a disease);
Giperammoniyemiya;
Hepatic encephalopathy;
Hepatic prekoma and coma.

Also to Normaza appoint for regulation of a chair at hemorrhoids, in before - and the postoperative period when carrying out surgical intervention in an anus and on a large intestine.

Contraindications

Absolute:

Rectal bleedings (not hemorrhoidal);
Impassability of intestines;
Suspicion of appendicitis;
Ileostoma;
Kolostoma;
Galactosemia;
Intolerance of fructose or galactose;
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Normaza should apply with care a sick diabetes mellitus.

Route of administration and dosage

Drug should be accepted inside after food.

The recommended dosing modes at locks:

Adults: the first 3 days – on 15-40 ml a day, further – on 10-25 ml a day;
Children are more senior than 6 years: the first 3 days – on 15 ml a day, further – on 10 ml a day;
Children of 1-6 years – on 5-10 ml a day;
Children till 1 year – on 5 ml a day.

Treatment of a lock can last from 4 weeks to 4 months.

The recommended dosing modes in need of regulation of a chair in the postoperative period:

Adults: on 10-30 ml 3 times a day;
Children are more senior than 1 year – on 5-10 ml 2-3 times a day;
Children till 1 year: on 5 ml 2-3 times a day.

It is recommended to begin administration of drug in 18-24 hours after surgical intervention. A therapy course – 3-5 days.

At a giperammoniyemiya, encephalopathy, a hepatic prekoma and a coma in an initiation of treatment appoint 30-60 ml of syrup 3 times a day. Further the dose is selected individually, so that the soft chair was 2-3 times a day. Treatment duration is also defined for each patient separately. It is possible to accept drug within 3 and more months.

Side effects

In certain cases during treatment to Normaza there are diarrhea, a meteorism and nausea.

At the patients with hepatic encephalopathy accepting drug in high doses during the long period owing to diarrhea water and electrolytic exchange can be broken.

Special instructions

At a gastrocardial syndrome to avoid a meteorism, it is recommended to increase doses gradually.

At prolonged treatment (more than 6 months) it is regularly necessary to control the content of carbon dioxide, chlorine and potassium in a blood plasma.

Medicinal interaction

Lactulose changes the speed of pH-dependent release of kishechnorastvorimy medicines therefore Normaza should not accept within 2 hours after reception of any other drug.

The antacids and antibiotics applied at the same time reduce efficiency of lactulose.
