Predizin – the medicine applied at treatment of diseases of cardiovascular system.
Pharmacological action of Predizin
Active ingredient of Predizin – триметазидин, has anti-hypoxemic effect, optimizes metabolism and function of cardiomyocytes and neurons, has cytoprotective effect, maintains contractility of a myocardium, prevents decrease in intracellular content of phosphocreatinine and adenosinetriphosphate. Use of drug in the conditions of acidosis leads to normalization of functioning of membrane ion channels, interferes with accumulation of ions of sodium and calcium in cardiomyocytes and normalizes the maintenance of potassium ions in cells.
Release form
According to the instruction, Predizin produce in the form of film coated, round, biconvex tablets of the prolonged action, pink color, 10 pieces in blisters, in packs cardboard.
One tablet of Predizin contains 35 mg of a trimetazidin of dihydrochloride, 88,22 mg of cellulose of microcrystallic, 36,04 mg of a gipromelloza, 88,22 mg of starch of prezhelatinizirovanny, 1,26 mg of silicon of dioxide of colloid and 1,26 mg of magnesium of stearate.
7,5 mg опадрай II 85G24057, 3,3 mg of polyvinyl alcohol, 1,5 mg of talc, 1,46025 mg of titanium of dioxide, 926,25 mkg of a macrogoal 3350, 262,5 mkg of lecithin of soy, 27,75 mkg of dye of ferrous oxide of red, 19,5 mkg of dye of ferrous oxide of yellow and 3,75 mkg of dye of ferrous oxide black are a part of a film cover.

Route of administration of Predizin
According to the instruction, Predizin accept inside in the morning and in the evening during meal on one tablet of 35 mg.
Contraindications
According to the instruction, Predizin's use is contraindicated at hypersensitivity to components of drug, a renal failure and the expressed abnormal liver functions. Besides according to the instruction, Predizin is contraindicated at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation, and also to children aged up to 18 years.
Side effects of Predizin
Predizin's use, according to reviews, causes side effects from various systems of an organism, namely:
