Riabal – M-holinoblokator, spasms of smooth muscles of ureters selectively blocking M-holinoretseptory an intestinal path, a stomach, urinogenital and biliary tract, effectively eliminating and warning, a uterus, bile-excreting channels and a gall bladder, intestines and gullet.

Form of release and structure

• tablets, coated: biconvex, roundish, a cover – sugar, pink color (on 20 pieces in blisters, 1 blister in a cardboard pack);
• solution for injections: colourless transparent liquid for parenteral administration (on 2 ml in ampoules of dark glass, 6 ampoules in a cardboard pack);
• syrup: liquid of sweet caramel taste, orange color (on 60 ml in bottles of dark glass complete with a measured pipette, 1 set in a cardboard pack).

Contains in 1 tablet:

• active ingredient: a prifiniya bromide – 30 mg;
• auxiliary components: starch, lactose, povidone, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide colloid, sodium of a kroskarmelloz, gelatin, talc, titanium dioxide, hard paraffin, wax of karnaubskiya, sucrose, FD&C dye red No. 3.

For injections contains in 1 ml of solution:

• active ingredient: a prifiniya bromide – 7,5 mg;
• auxiliary components: sodium chloride, Acidum hydrochloricum, water for injections.

Contains in 1 ml of syrup:

• active ingredient: a prifiniya bromide – 1,5 mg;
• auxiliary components: glycerin, propylene glycol, Natrium benzoicum, sucrose, sorbitol liquid, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, fragrance liquid caramel, dyes: FD&C yellow No. 6 and FD&C red No. 40, the water purified.

Indications to use

• the pain syndrome connected with the raised peristaltics and spasms of the digestive tract (DT) caused by an acute inflammation mucous a stomach, an exacerbation of chronic gastritis, stomach ulcer and a 12-perstny gut, a coloenteritis, a syndrome of the angry large intestine;
• the pain syndrome connected with the spasms of smooth muscles of a gall bladder and dyskinesia of biliary tract caused by calculous cholecystitis, a pancreas inflammation, pancreatitis;
• the pain syndrome connected with the spasm of urinogenital ways caused algodismenorey, an urolithiasis, cystitis (a bladder inflammation);

Contraindications

• hypertrophy of a prostate of the III degree;
• glaucoma;
• hypersensitivity to a prifiniya to bromide or any component of Riabal.

Route of administration and dosage

Tablets, coated
Pill Riabal is taken inside.

The recommended dosing mode depending on age of the patient:

• children of 6-12 years – on 1 piece (30 mg) 2-3 times a day;
• children are more senior than 12 years and adults – on 1-2 pieces (30-60 mg) 3 times a day.

In case of need (for removal of a sharp acute pain) the adult is allowed to take 3 pill (90 mg) for once.

Solution for injections
Solution for injections Riabal is entered subcutaneously (п / to), intravenously (in/in) or intramusculary (in oil), depending on indications.

The recommended average doses for adults:

• one-time – 15-30 mg (1-2 ampoules), maximum one-time – 90 mg (6 ampoules);
• daily – 45-90 mg (3-6 ampoules), maximum daily – 90 mg (6 ampoules);
• course – 450 mg (30 ampoules), maximum course – 900 mg (60 ampoules).

Children Riabal can enter solution for injections from the birth on 1 mg/kg of weight a day (п / to, in/in, in oil).

Duration of therapy makes from 7 to 15 days.

The recommended dosing mode for children at frequency rate of reception of 1 times each 6-8 hours:

• up to 3 months – on 1 ml;
• 3-6 months – on 1-2 ml;
• 6-12 months – on 2 ml;
• 1-2 years – on 5 ml;
• 2-6 years – on 5-10 ml;
• 6-12 years – on 10-20 ml.

Therapy duration syrup Riabal makes from 7 to 15 days.

Side effects

Owing to use a prifiniya of bromide such side effects are seldom noted: accommodation disturbance, dryness in a mouth, a lock. They pass independently after a dose decline or at drug withdrawal.

Special instructions

Administration of drugs of anticholinergic action can become the reason of increase in intraocular pressure.

At patients with a prostate hypertrophy the frequency of an urination decreases, the maximum volume of a bladder at the same time increases that leads to deterioration in a dysuria.

There are no contraindications for reception a bromide prifiniya at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation.

Medicinal interaction

Prifiniya bromide strengthens effect of antidepressants, narcotic analgetics, antipsychotic and antihistaminic medicines (neuroleptics), M-holinoblokiruyushchikh and protivoparkinsonichesky drugs in this connection the risk of potentiation of their side effects grows.

Terms and storage conditions
