The diet was developed by the Russian nutritionists taking into account our food traditions.

Except smooth weight reduction, the Russian diet promotes formation of a habit to healthy nutrition on a basis everything available products. In addition to recommendations concerning a diet, the principle of fractional food is used (food of 4-5 times a day in the small portions).

In tradition of Russian cuisine dietary ways of preparation of dishes – processing the ferry, roasting, languor in furnaces, boiling. It is quite so recommended to cook food and during the Russian diet.

Menu

The approximate menu of the Russian diet for 7 days:

First day

First breakfast: 100 g of fish, on 50 g of green tinned peas, sauerkraut, boiled carrots, tea.

Second breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese, 2 apples.

Lunch: a portion of vegetarian borsch, ragout from vegetables, 200 ml of compote.

Dinner: 100 g of fish, 2 boiled potatoes, tea.

Second day

First breakfast: the white cabbage and onions salad filled with sunflower oil, tea.

Second breakfast: 200 ml of kefir.

Lunch: boiled carrots, 150 g of beef, 200 ml of compote.

Dinner: stewed haricot, 100 g of fish, 1 fruit at choice.

Third day

First breakfast: a bread piece with bran, 200 ml of kefir.

Second breakfast: the sweet pepper, tomato, cucumber, lettuce leaves and greens salad filled with vegetable oil, tea.

Lunch: 100 g of pork, sauerkraut, 1 apple or pear.

Dinner: vegetable soup, the grated carrots filled with sour cream.

Fourth day

First breakfast: piece of grain bread, 1 soft-boiled egg, tea.

Second breakfast: a portion of buckwheat cereal on water, 2 plums.

Lunch: 150 g of chicken breast, 2 apples.

Dinner: the vinaigrette filled with sunflower oil, 200 ml of fruit juice.

Fifth day

First breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese, tea.

Second breakfast: 2-3 fruit at choice.

Lunch: 100 g of the boiled pork, fresh cabbage onions salad filled with vegetable oil, 200 ml of vegetable juice.

Dinner: 100 g of fish, 1 tomato, handful of berries.

Sixth day

First breakfast: 100 g of a turkey, sauerkraut, tea.

Second breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese, 200 ml of compote.

Lunch: soup mushroom, piece of rye bread, 1 apple.

Dinner: the beet with prunes filled with vegetable oil, 100 g of veal, tea.

Seventh day

First breakfast: a portion of buckwheat cereal on water, 1 tsp of honey, tea.

Second breakfast: 1 pear, 1 apple.

Lunch: 100 g of fish, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 200 ml of fruit juice.

Dinner: 150 g of a turkey, 2 potatoes in a uniform, 200 ml of compote.

Useful tips

Council 1: On a diet it is recommended to drink daily not less than 4 pure glasses, it is desirable to drink the first glass on an empty stomach, at the same time it is better to warm up water.

Council 2: In spite of the fact that coffee can hardly be carried to traditional Russian drinks, it is allowed to be used on this diet.
