Solkotrikhovak – the vaccine applied to recovery of normal microflora of a vagina.

Pharmacological action

The active components entering a vaccine Solkotrikhovak promote activation of nonspecific and specific immunity and regulate vagina microflora. Солкотриховак-лиофилизат

As a result of Solkotrikhovak's use the level of humoral antibodys of the class IgG, and also level of specific sIgA-antibodies and the general maintenance of sIgA in a vagina secret increases that leads to decrease in risk of development of the reinfection caused by a trichomonad or other pathogenic bacteriums.

The antibodies formed after Solkotrikhovak's use promote recovery of normal microflora mucous vaginas.

Release form

Solkotrikhovak release in the form of lyophilisate for the preparation of suspension intended for intramuscular introduction (in the form of a porous white tablet). Rolled into one one dose of drug which part 8 strains of a kokkoidny form of the selection lyophilized lactobacilli are contains:

On 3 strains – L.rhamnosus and L.vaginalis;
On 1 strain – L.fermentum and L.salivarius.

Complete with solvent – the distilled water (0,5 ml).
