Quinsy is diphtheritic

Quinsy diphtheritic (angina diphterica; lat. ango – to smother, squeeze) – the acute tonsillitis which developed against the background of diphtheria. Are characteristic of a disease: unsharp pharyngalgias, reddening and a swelling of almonds, formation of rather dirty-gray plaques which quickly extend out of limits of almonds; from the subject fabrics plaques separate hardly, after their removal there are small bleedings and hemorrhages.
