Brouwer symptom

Brouwer symptom (L. Brauer, German doctor, 1865-1951; synonyms: перикардтон diastolic, перикардтон) – presence at an initial phase of a diastole of the additional tone, on sounding reminding click; is a sign of a commissural pericardis.
