Burgona disease

Burgona a disease (m. Bourgogn is described in 1875; Xing "a change of navvies") – an avulsion fracture (a bone fragment separation) of acanthas of the upper chest or lower cervical vertebrae owing to an unreasonable muscle tension which are attached to them (for example, at heavy lifting).
