Vittselya tendinous seam

Vittselya a tendinous seam (O. of Witzel, the German surgeon, 1856-1925) – connection of the ends of a sinew by means of two couples of threads stretched through its blankets with addition of one longitudinal seam lying through all thickness of a sinew.
