The medicine is plasma substituting solution which use adjusts the content of electrolytes, waters and concentration of ions of hydrogen and leads to reduction of a metabolic acidosis and hypovolemia, pachemia, and also to strengthening of a diuresis. Besides Trisol brings toxins and other harmful substances out of an organism, improves microcirculation and functions of heart and kidneys.

Release form

Trisol release in glass bottles in the form of solution for infusions of 100 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, 400 ml and 500 ml. Trisol according to the recipe of the doctor is released.

• Sodium chloride – 0,5 g;
• Hydrosodium carbonate – 0,4 g;
• Potassium chloride – 0,1 g;
• Water for injections.

On structure Trisol is not compatible to drugs which contain potassium and increase potassium level in blood.

Drug Trisol is used in cases of diseases which are connected with dehydration and intoxication of an organism, and also against the background of food toxicoinfection, acute dysentery and cholera El-Tor.

Trisol route of administration

According to the instruction Trisol it is necessary to enter intravenously (kapelno with a speed of 40-120 thaws a minute or struyno) under control of laboratory researches of indicators of a hemodynamics. Before use Trisol it is necessary to warm up up to the temperature of 36-38 °C.

At development of a hyperpotassemia drug needs to be replaced with acetate sodium solution before normalization of electrolytic balance.

If Trisol children need to enter, then the dose has to make 3-10 ml of drug on 1 kg of body weight a day. At pregnancy solution is entered on vital indicators under observation of the doctor.

Contraindications

Storage conditions

According to the instruction Trisol it is necessary to store in the unavailable to children and protected from light hit dry place, at the room temperature up to 25 °C. The period of storage at observance of recommendations makes 2 years.
