First breakfast

Second breakfast

Option 2: 200 ml of orange juice, 200 g of cherry.

Dinner

Option 1: an eggplant, sweet pepper and a vegetable marrow on couple, 200 ml of orange juice, 200 g of cherry.

Option 2: salad from green vegetables, 200 ml of grapefruit juice, 200 g of cherry.

Option 3: 200 g of fish on a grill, 200 ml of garnet juice, 200 g of cherry.

Option 4: salad from 400 g of cherry, 100 g of strawberry, 30 g of walnuts with yogurt and 1 h l. honey.
