Coral milky caps pink and white

There are two subspecies of coral milky caps: pink and white. Pink mushrooms are larger. The hat has beautiful light pink color with concentric strips. The leg in length makes 5-6 cm. Salty coral milky caps lose the beautiful shade, become gray-white.

The white subspecies are less by the size. Its hat does not exceed 10 cm in the diameter. Color of a mushroom – dirty-white, a leg – up to 4 cm long.

Though coral milky caps traditionally use salty, they can and be roasted. Try to prepare fried coral milky caps with smetanny sauce on the second.
