Vicairum
Application instruction:
Vicairum – the combined means with antiacid, knitting, antiseptic, soft laxative and spasmolytic properties.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – tablets, mauve or pink color, with dark and light impregnations, a ploskotsilindrichesky form with a facet and dividing risky (on 10 pieces in strip or bezjyacheykovy planimetric packaging, 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 packagings in a cardboard pack; on 10, 20 or 30 tablets in polymeric banks, 1 bank in a pack cardboard).
The maintenance of the operating components in 1 tablet of Vicairum:
- Magnesium a carbonate the main – 0,4 g;
- Bismuth nitrate the main – 0,35 g;
- Acorus rhizomes – 0,025 g;
- Natrii hydrocarbonas – 0,2 g;
- Buckthorn bark – 0,025 g.
Excipients: talc, potato starch, stearic acid.
Indications to use
- The hyperacid gastritis which is followed by locks;
- Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum.
Contraindications
Use of drug is contraindicated to patients with the following pathologies:
- Gipoatsidny gastritis;
- Appendicism;
- Coloenteritis;
- Chronic renal failure;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
It is forbidden to accept medicine to patients of children's and teenage age (up to 18 years).
Route of administration and dosage
Pill is taken orally, 1-1,5 hours later after food, washing down with a small amount of water (¼ glasses).
Dosing – on 1-2 pieces 3 times a day.
The treatment period – 1-2 months, is in case of need allowed repetition of a course after preliminary consultation with the doctor.
Side effects
Treatment by Vicairum can cause development of allergic reactions, diarrhea.
Special instructions
During use of drug there is a coloring a calla in black color.
At prolonged use in high doses the development of encephalopathy caused by accumulation of bismuth in the central nervous system is possible.
Medicinal interaction
Use of blockers of H2-histamine receptors or m-holinoblokatorov reduces the need for drug use.
Vicairum lowers absorption of tetracyclines.
Simultaneous use of the medicines containing bismuth promotes increase in its concentration in blood.
