Akkupro is let out in the form of the tablets containing various amount of active ingredient – a hinapril of a hydrochloride, with the corresponding marking on both parties:

Indications to use

According to Akkupro's instruction apply at:

Arterial hypertension in the form of monotherapy or along with thiazide diuretics and beta adrenoblockers;
Chronic heart failure, along with diuretics and cardiac glycosides.

Akkupro has hypotensive effect. Drug is effective at arterial hypertension of easy and moderate severity. Reduces arterial pressure as in a sitting position, and standing. Begins to work within an hour after reception, minimum influencing heart rate.

Contraindications

Akkupro's use is contraindicated at:

Quincke's disease in the anamnesis which is connected with treatment by APF inhibitors;

Route of administration and dosage

At Akkupro's use during pregnancy there can be complications including a delay of pre-natal growth of a fruit. Thereof purpose of a hinopril is not recommended to pregnant women, especially in the second and third trimesters.
