Anolyte neutral ANC
Application instruction:
Anolyte neutral ANC – antiseptic drug for topical and external use.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form of production of Anolyte of neutral ANC – solution for topical and external use: colourless, transparent, has a light smell of chlorine (in bottles on 400 or 450 ml).
Structure of 1 ml of solution:
- active agent: hydroperoxide oxidizers – 0,08-0,12 mg;
- auxiliary component: sodium chloride solution – 22%.
Indications to use
- processing of mucous membranes, skin and skin folds for cleaning (disinfecting/removal) of pollution of organic genesis (allocations of sebaceous glands, sweat, other pollution);
- contaminated wounds (treatment);
- wound fevers (prevention).
Contraindications
- bazalioma, a carcinoma cutaneum on the site of alleged processing;
- hypersensitivity to drug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Solution is applied outwardly, locally.
For use Anolyte neutral ANC needs to be applied on a gauze napkin (to moisten intensively), then to put it to the area of skin processed healthy / inflamed.
Processing time – 10-15 minutes.
Drug consumption at application therapy – 40-70 ml on 1000 cm2 of a skin surface (4-7 mg of actively active ingredients; about 0,06-0,1 mg/kg for one application at recalculation on the body weight of the person). After the end of application the processed area of skin for several minutes is dried and continue therapy by different ways (fatty/dry sterile/salve dressings or other methods at the choice of the attending physician).
Processing is carried out by from 2 to 3 times a day.
Duration of a medical course – 5-7 days.
Side effects
Possible disturbances: allergic reactions; at increase in time of exposure it is more than 15 minutes – skin irritations.
Special instructions
Let's allow synthesis of solution in electrochemical STEL ex tempore installations in the conditions of a dressing room, procedural, a surgery block, at the patient's bed. The drug prepared thus has to be placed in pure sterile tanks and be used according to indications.
Medicinal interaction
It is impossible to use Anolyte neutral ANC in combination with iodinated antiseptic agents.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in protected from light, the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature of 15-25 °C, heating/freezing is inadmissible.
Period of validity – 5 days.
