Application instruction:
Antral – a gepatoprotektor, the drug promoting protection of cells of a liver against influence of negative factors.
Form of release and structure
Active ingredient of medicine – антраль (Tris [N (2,3 dimethylphenyl) of anthranylaTO] aluminum). Auxiliary components: magnesium carbonate heavy, calcium stearate, aerosil, povidone 29/32, кросповидон XL 10, polysorbate-80, microcrystallic cellulose 101, potato starch, Opadry 85 II G25557 red, Opadry 85 II G18490 white.
Drug is produced in tablets of a biconvex form, film coated dark red color, the containing 0,1 g or 0,2 g антраль in one tablet. In blisters on 10 tablets, 3 blisters in cardboard packaging.
Indications to use
Antral's use is reasonable both at adults, and at children at such diseases and states:
- Hepatitis in an acute and chronic form of various genesis (alcoholic, toxic, virus, medicamentous);
- Cirrhosis;
- Fatty dystrophy of a liver;
- Inflammatory processes in a pancreas, a spleen and a gall bladder.
Also drug is used as prophylactic at impact on a liver of toxins, medicines, beam and chemotherapy.
Contraindications
Antral's use according to the instruction is contraindicated:
- At hypersensitivity to any components of drug;
- To children under 4 years;
- In case of disturbance of secretory function of kidneys.
Route of administration and dosage
According to the instruction Antral accept inside 3 times a day in half an hour after meal and wash down with a small amount of clear water or milk.
Dosage on one reception following:
- For adults and children 10 years – 200 mg are more senior;
- At cirrhosis in the first week – 400 mg, in the next two or three weeks on 200 mg;
- To children aged from 4 up to 10 years – 100 mg.
Treatment duration drug varies and depends on weight of disease. On average, the course of treatment lasts 3-4 weeks, through the same period it is repeated.
Side effects
Manifestation of disturbance of digestion which takes place after treatment cancellation is in rare instances possible. In general, patients well transfer therapy by Antral that is confirmed by positive reviews.
Special instructions
Antral is not recommended to accept to pregnant women and the feeding women.
Administration of drug does not exert impact on an organism at control of vehicles and work with dangerous mechanisms.
Antral it is possible to apply in a complex with antibacterial, cholagogue drugs, vitamins, and also drugs which appoint for a detoxication (removal of toxins).

Terms and storage conditions
