A.T.10
Application instruction:
A.T.10 – D-vitaminopodobny the drug regulating exchange of calcium and phosphorus in an organism.
Form of release and structure
A.T.10 is released in the form of Solutio oleosa for intake, transparent yellowish color (in dark glass bottles droppers on 15 ml).
Contains in 1 ml of solution:
- Active component: Dihydrotachysterolum – 1 mg;
- Excipients: triglycerides with chains of average size.
Indications to use
- Tetany;
- Pseudohypoparathyroidism;
- Hypoparathyrosis;
- The diseases of bones caused by deficit of vitamin D.
Contraindications
- Hypervitaminosis of D;
- Hypercalcemia;
- The muscular spasms caused by a hyperventilation;
- Renal osteodystrophy with a hyperphosphatemia;
- Hypersensitivity to vitamin D.
With caution it is necessary to take A.T.10 at the following diseases:
- Atherosclerosis;
- Active form of a pulmonary tuberculosis;
- Chronic heart and renal failure;
- Hyperphosphatemia;
- Phosphatic нефроуролитиаз;
- Sarcoidosis or other granulomatoses;
- Pregnancy and period of breastfeeding;
- Children's and advanced age.
Route of administration and dosage
The daily dose of A.T.10 depending on calcium level in blood is defined by the doctor individually. 0,5 mg of drug correspond to about 15 drops of solution.
At a hypoparathyrosis within several days about 0,75-2,5 mg a day then the daily dosage is reduced to supporting – 0,2-1 mg are recommended to accept. It is possible to accept drug in one or several receptions.
Solution is applied inside on an empty stomach or after food. Drug can be accepted with a small amount of liquid or with food, for example, on a piece of sugar or bread. Solutio oleosa should not be mixed with water.
Duration of treatment is defined by the doctor individually. It is not necessary to interrupt use of A.T.10 independently.
Side effects
In certain cases use of A.T.10 can lead to development of an allergy.
At overdose are observed by drug: nausea, appetite loss, a lock, abdominal pains, diarrhea, vomiting, increase in pressure, fatigue, weakness in muscles, drowsiness, a headache, tachycardia, thirst. At development of similar symptoms drug it is necessary to cancel and take temporarily a blood test on the analysis for determination of level of calcium. The overdose can cause disturbance of renal function, an urolithiasis, calcification of kidneys and soft tissues. After normalization of indicators of content of calcium in blood, reception of A.T.10 renew, having modified a dosage.
Special instructions
Treatment by the drug A.T.10 needs to be carried out under control of content of calcium and phosphorus to blood. Researches are conducted before treatment, a week later from the moment of its beginning and then to 2 times a month.
Each 3 months it is necessary to control a condition of bone system.
The patient is recommended to keep to a diet with high content in a food allowance of calcium and with low – phosphorus.
After cancellation of A.T.10 its action can remain within a month.

Analogs of A.T.10 are:

- On the action mechanism: Akvadetrim, Alfadol-Sa, Alpha D3-Teva, Van-Alpha, Vigantolum, Oksidevit, Ergocalciferol, Osteotriol, Videcholum, Etalfa, Alfadol.
Terms and storage conditions
Drug is released according to the recipe of the doctor. A period of validity – 5 years at a temperature of 18-25 °C.
