Biosporin – the pro-biotic drug normalizing intestinal microflora.

Form of release and structure

Biosporin release in the following dosage forms:

• Tablets (1 dose: on 10 pieces in bezjyacheykovy planimetric packagings; on 10, 20 or 30 pieces in bottles; 2 doses: on 10 pieces in bottles);
• Lyophilisate for preparation of suspension for intake and topical administration (in bottles on 1, 2, 5, 10 doses).

Structure of 1 tablet:

• 1 dose: from 100 million to 2 billion lyophilized bacteria of Bacillus licheniformis and from 1 billion to 8 billion lyophilized Bacillus subtilis bacteria;
• 2 doses: from 200 million to 4 billion lyophilized bacteria of Bacillus licheniformis and from 2 billion to 16 billion lyophilized Bacillus subtilis bacteria.

For preparation of suspension for intake and topical administration enter into structure of 1 dose of lyophilisate: from 1 billion to 8 billion microbic cells of the lyophilized bacteria of Bacillus subtilis and from 100 million to 2 billion microbic cells of the lyophilized Bacillus licheniformis bacteria.

Indications to use

Biosporin contains live microorganisms – the dried-up strains of saprophytes aerobic the sorts Bacillus which antagonistic are active concerning pathogenic microorganisms: kampilobakter, protiums, salmonella, shigella, staphylococcus golden, Candida mushrooms.

Also Biosporin can suppress activity of antibiotikorezistentny strains.

Drug positively influences immune system, promotes absorption of vitamins E and To in intestines and normalization of process of synthesis of vitamins of group B.

Biosporin appoint:

• For treatment of the acute intestinal infections caused by various pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms (Staphylococcus, Salmonella, enteropathogenic Escherichia coli, Shigella, Proteus, Candida), including antibiotic-resistant (at diseases easy and moderate severity, at severe forms at patients with contraindications to antibiotics);
• At allocation of microorganisms (pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic) or digestive tract dysfunctions after the postponed acute intestinal infections;
• At an intestinal dysbiosis of various origin, including caused by an antibioticotherapia;
• For prevention of postoperative infections, including it is purulent - septic complications;
• At vulvovaginal candidiasis, a bacterial vaginosis at women of reproductive age, including pregnant women (after passing of a course of antibacterial therapy).

Contraindications

Biosporin's use contraindicated with hypersensitivity to the components which are a part of medicine.

Route of administration and dosage

Biosporin accept inside in 30-40 minutes prior to food. Before reception contents of a bottle are dissolved in boiled water – 5 ml on 1 dose of medicine.

The adult Biosporin appoint on 2 doses to one reception. At intestinal infections drug is accepted by 3 times a day, after operations and at dysbacteriosis – 2 times a day.

The course of treatment Biosporin at intestinal infections lasts from 5 to 7 days, after operations and at dysbacteriosis – from 10 to 14 days.

At treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis and bacterial vaginosis Biosporin's use is shown in the form of irrigations and intravaginalny introductions for what use 2 doses of means. A course of topical treatment – from 5 to 10 days.

To children Biosporin appoint on 1 dose 2 times a day. The average duration of a medical course in the presence of intestinal infections – 5 days, at dysbacteriosis – 10-14 days.

Side effects

At Biosporin's use side effects were not recorded.
