People with 1 blood group in this system are called "Hunters". It is claimed that this group arose before other when the main way of getting of food was a hunting.

  • soda drinks.

  • meat: rabbit flesh, chicken, turkey, partridge, quail, pheasant, duck's flesh;
  • eggs;
  • fish and seafood: beluga, anchovies, flounder, carp, smelts, grouper, haddock, eel, mussels, squids, crabs, crayfish, oysters, shrimps, combs, venerka;
  • dairy products: cottage cheese from cow's, sheep and goat milk, a mozzarella, feta, sheep cheese;
  • fats and oils: creamy, sunflower, soy oil;
  • soy milk, tofu;
  • pine nuts, almonds, filbert, black fox, sesame, sunflower seeds, chestnuts;
  • bean: green peas, siliculose, white and Lima beans, red soy, red and black beans, chick-pea;
  • vegetables: swede, daikon, yellow and green pepper, pepper халапеньо, garden cress, eschalot, olives, cucumbers, radish, celery, tomatoes, pumpkin, zucchini;
  • mushrooms;

  • honey, chocolate, maple syrup;
  • seasonings: mustard, mayonnaise, soy sauce;
  • herbal teas from a hawthorn, a valerian, a verbena, buds of a birch, elder, a ginseng, bark of an oak, a catnip, yarrow, a camomile;
  • other drinks: green tea, natural grape wine, beer.

  • fish and seafood: sea pike, catfish, octopus, caviar, any smoked and salty fish;
  • dairy products: yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, cow's and goat milk, firm grades of cheese, processed cheese, serum;
  • oils and fats: peanut, cotton, corn oil;
  • vegetables: cabbage Beijing, color, white, avocado, eggplants, potatoes, olives, rhubarb;
  • fruit: oranges, tangerines, blackberry, wild strawberry, cocoes;
  • cereals: corn, oats, wheat, rye, flour products, especially rich pastries;
  • poppy, cashew, pistachios, peanut;
  • bean: haricot (except white, siliculose and Lima), lentil;
  • sauces and marinades of industrial production;
  • juice orange, apple, cabbage;
  • seasonings: all types of vinegar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, white and black pepper;
  • herbal teas from a St. John's Wort, Senna, a gentian, a red clover, corn a rylets, a burdock, coltsfoot, a shepherd's bag, a purple cone-flower:
  • other drinks: apple cider, strong alcohol, coffee, black tea.

Those who adheres to a diet for the purpose of weight loss should refuse sugar, any citrus and bean.

Menu

The approximate menu of a diet for 1 blood group for 2 days:

First day

Breakfast: salad from a pear, banana, red apple and grapes.

Second breakfast: a piece of rye bread with letcho from red pepper.

Lunch: the trout baked with vegetables, green tea.

Afternoon snack: handful of walnuts.

Dinner: seaweed and shrimps salad.

Second day

Breakfast: rye bread with a meat slice, tea from mint.

Second breakfast: any fruit at choice.

Lunch: chops from beef, the baked vegetables.

Afternoon snack: vegetable greens salad.

Dinner: fish cutlets, ginger tea.

Useful tips

Council 1: if excess weight is considerable, fresh vegetables and the boiled or baked meat have to make a basis of the menu, the amount of fruit and nuts needs to be reduced.
