For lunch it is possible to eat meat borsch, bitka and macaroni with cheese, sweet compote.

For having a snack it is possible to make vegetables salad, to fill it with sunflower or olive oil and cheese grated.

For dinner – an omelet with cheese, ham and tomatoes, milk with honey.

Menu No. 3

For breakfast – potatoes stewed with meat, a bun with oil, coffee on milk.

For the second breakfast – flakes with milk or porridge.

For lunch – soup pea with smoked products, sour cream salad, cake or cookies with tea.

As having a snack it is possible to take the fruit salad filled with sweet sour cream or yogurt.

For dinner it is possible to make goulash, rice porridge, to eat oil sandwich, to drink sweet to tea.

Taking into account that at the menu there are dairy products, fat meat, before use of such diet it is necessary to consult with the doctor, to exclude pathologies of a GIT, a pancreas, a liver. With the permission of the doctor, except vitamins, it is possible to take medicine for stimulation of digestion, appetite improvement.
