The diet was developed by the famous English naturopath doctor Benjamin. In his opinion, the reason of the majority of diseases, including obesity, the accumulation of slags in an organism which is formed as a result of improper feeding and insufficient mobility is. Fourth day

Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, coffee.

Breakfast: toasts with cream cheese and pineapple or banana.

Useful tips

Council 1: Vegetable salads should be filled with olive oil and lemon juice, but not vinegar.
