The diet of doctor Bormental is patented in 2001, and since then is applied to fight against excess weight in clinics of Bormental. It is the joint project of nutritionists and psychotherapists which from the moment of creation and till today causes much controversy also contradictory opinions.
Doctor Bormental's diet – a technique which combines restrictions on the caloric content of food and the psychological practicians removing the overeating causes. Supporters of system of weight loss according to Bormental claim: to get rid of excess weight, the accurate motivation and a positive psychological spirit is necessary.
