Lunch: 2 eggs, boiled vegetable marrows with haricot or carrots with green peas.

Lunch: chicken fillet, boiled vegetables, 1 grapefruit or orange, tomatoes.

Cottage cheese spoon, white cheese, boiled vegetables, toast, 1 grapefruit or orange, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes.

Thursday

Half of chicken, 1 cucumber, 3 tomatoes, 1 grapefruit or orange, toast.

Friday

Salad, 2 eggs, 1 grapefruit or orange, 3 tomatoes.

Saturday

It is a little sheep cheese or cottage cheese, 2 boiled chicken breasts, 1 grapefruit or orange, 2 tomatoes, a toast, 2 cucumbers, curdled milk.

Sunday
